Older Person's Well-being Strategy

How the Strategy is being developed

The Community & Partnerships team are in the process of producing an "Older Person’s Wellbeing Strategy" for Hart. The strategy will be based on the 7 dimensions listed in the Hampshire County Council Strategy and is intended to help older people to maintain their independence.

As part of the process an event was held in the Church on the Heath at the beginning of February to find out what the issues are for the older people in Hart and to identify any gaps in the services throughout the district.  The information that came out of the event can be viewed under Older Persons Wellbeing event.

Several coffee mornings and group sessions have been booked throughout the district during May to find out what the issues and gaps in services are at a local level . You are welcome to come along to any of the following:

Friday 14th May - 10:00am - Coffee morning, Greywell Village Hall, The Street, Greywell, Hook RG29 1BZ
